Are these sounds genre-specific?
They're built for house, but house is a big tent. Whether you're making tech house, deep house, or the kind of stuff you hear from Carl Cox, Chris Lake, Fisher, or John Summit, these basses sit right in that world. They work well outside of house too if you want a clean, driving low end.
Is this DAW-specific?
Mighty works with any DAW, but it does require Serum. If you don't own Serum yet, you can rent-to-own it through Splice for a few dollars a month. Once Serum is installed, the presets work the same everywhere.
