  1. 01

    Processing Chains

    49m

The 5-Step Framework That Makes Any Sound Expensive

Take a raw, lifeless loop all the way to a finished, commercial-sounding track. The exact chain, applied element by element: saturation, EQ, compression, EQ, effects.

  2. 02

    Advanced Compression

    39m

How to Make Any Sound Cut Through and Sit on Top

Most producers treat compression as a volume tool and stop there. The three real reasons to reach for it, the five types, and gain-matched before-and-afters so you hear exactly what it does.

  3. 03

    Surgical EQ

    41m

7 Methods for Electronic Music Producers

The reductive and additive decisions that clean up any mix. Where sounds mask each other, why two small cuts beat one big boost, and the move that frees up real headroom.

  4. 04

    Reverb & Delay

    53m

How the Pros Add Space and Depth Without the Mud

Which reverb belongs on what, how a longer tail pushes a sound back, and the sidechain trick that keeps your lead upfront while everything else breathes.

  5. 05

    Saturation & Distortion

    40m

Turn a Thin, Digital Mix Warm and Analog

Modern synths run bright and brittle, and that's why your tracks sound metallic. Five reasons to saturate, the go-to plugins, and where distortion takes over.

  6. 06

    Mixing Foundations

    43m

The 8 Mistakes and 12 Fundamentals Behind a Mix That Competes

Your mix isn't missing one thing, it's missing several. The mistakes almost everyone makes, the orchestra-seat method for placing every sound, and the habits that make a mix translate anywhere.

  7. 07

    Drum Mixing

    45m

Kick, Snare and Drum Bus Processing for Punch You Can Feel

Why your drums hit soft next to the records you love. Transient shaping, kick and snare treatment, and the parallel bus move that makes a kit finally punch through.

  8. 08

    Mastering Secrets

    43m

The 5-Element Chain for Commercial Loudness

Master your own music without sending it off or destroying your dynamics. Limiter-first, matched against a real reference track until the two sit dead even.

  9. 09

8 Ways to a Louder Mix

    45m

Compete on Loudness Without Leaning on Your Limiter

Why your track sounds quiet next to everyone else's, and eight moves that fix it. Real loudness gets built in the mixdown, not squeezed out at the very end.

  10. 10

    Stutter Effects

    41m

The Rhythmic LFO Movement You're Hearing on Everything

The effect that's on nearly every release right now, built five ways: inside your synth, with MIDI, gates, LFO Tool, and Output's Portal. Way past a basic tremolo.

  11. 11

The Four Pillars of Sound Design

    44m

Watch a Thin, Amateur Drop Get Rebuilt Into a Full One

Sound choice, processing, layering, and ear candy, applied live to a flat drop until it fills out. The four pillars that close the last 15 percent between your sounds and the pros.

  13. 12

    Sound Design for Bedroom Producers

    54m

The Sound Identity Method: Shape, Timbre, Environment

Sound design without the overwhelm. Bend presets to fit your track instead of building from scratch, and watch one huge supersaw get pulled apart into eight layers.

  14. 13

How to Layer in Modern Electronic Music

    37m

The 3 Rules That Turn Random Layers Into One Big Sound

Stack the wrong way and all you get is one louder sound. Different timbres, matched amp envelopes, and the group glue that makes a stack finally read as a single instrument.

  15. 14

    Bass Layering

    50m

The 4-Layer Formula for a Full Bass: Sub, Body, Top, Width

The frequency-region architecture of a full, room-filling bass, built one layer at a time and demoed live on a signed remix.

  16. 15

    Building Drums That Hit

    1h 18m

Selection, Layering and Sound Design (Loops Aren't Cheating)

Samples and loops are how you make music fast, not a shortcut to apologize for. Choose them, stack them, and design the final kit, down to turning a random sample into a hi-hat.

  17. 16

    Modern Vocal Leads

    54m

Turn Any Vocal Into a Lead With Gating, Glide and Atmospheres

No vocalist, no problem. Sidechain-triggered gating for rhythm, sampler-built leads that glide between notes, and the background atmospheres that make a vocal sound current.

  18. 17

    Vocal Chops = Cheat Code

    35m

From Acapella to Hook in 5 Processing Moves

The fastest way to drop a human hook into an instrumental track. Every chop type, from slicing an acapella to one-shots and libraries, and the processing that makes them sit.

  19. 18

    The Perfect Vocal Processing Chain

    47m

The 8-Step, Two-Stage Chain That Works on Any Recording

Bedroom vocals, made expensive. A direct chain for each line (cleanup, tone, compression, de-essing) feeding a bus chain (glue, presence, limiting), plus the reasons yours still sound stuck.

  20. 19

    Modern Songwriting for Producers

    39m

Write Memorable Songs Without Singing or Playing a Note

Your DAW is the instrument. Take simple chord and melody ideas and flesh them out until the whole track feels full, no live playing or singing required.

  21. 20

    Build a Wall of Sound

    40m

3 Strategies to Fill Out Flat, Empty Drops

Layering, sound design, and atmosphere, stacked into a wide, full-spectrum wall that hits from sub to air. The reason pro drops feel huge and yours feel flat.

  22. 21

    Song Starting

    39m

3 Ways Into a Blank DAW When Nothing's Flowing

Three repeatable ways into a song when the project's empty: let the sound design lead you, chase a specific mood, or build a whole track from a single image.

  23. 22

    Movement

    42m

8 Ways to Bring a Static, Lifeless Mix to Life

The difference between a track that breathes and one that sits still. Strategic, targeted movement, tension, and energy through automation across your whole mix.

  24. 23

    Systemizing Creativity

    39m

Create the Spark on Demand Instead of Waiting for It

A repeatable system for the part you can't force. How to generate ideas, set the emotional mood to write from, and keep momentum once it finally hits.

  25. 24

The 5 Pillars of Finishing Music

    50m

The System That Took Me From 4 Finished Tracks a Year to 40

From capitalizing on inspiration to engineering a real flow state, the five pillars that turn a hard drive full of loops into finished, released tracks.

Questions? Answers.

What exactly do I get?
All 24 recorded workshops, streaming on the Hyperbits member site, organized into 5 collections so you can go straight to the topic you need. That's 18+ hours of teaching, and you keep lifetime access to everything in the Vault. Every workshop was taught live to a real audience. One topic per session, most of them 40 to 55 minutes, with the longest running just over an hour.
How do I watch?
Your member site login arrives by email within a few minutes of purchase. Log in, open the Vault, press play. Stream any session, in any order, on any device. If anything doesn't arrive within five minutes, just reach out.
Does it matter what DAW I use?
No. The sessions teach concepts and frameworks (processing chains, layering rules, mastering structure), so everything applies whether you're in Ableton, Logic, FL Studio, or anything else. Demos happen in specific DAWs, but nothing depends on you owning one.
What experience level is this for?
Late-beginner to intermediate. If you can find your way around your DAW and you can hear that your tracks aren't where you want them, you're in the sweet spot. If you're brand new to production, start with Groundwork instead. It's our intro course and it's free. Come back to the Vault once you have some miles on your DAW.
Is this the same content as the Masterclass?
No. The Vault is a separate archive: the live workshops we've taught over the years, which have never been packaged together before. The Masterclass is our flagship coached program with its own curriculum, live sessions, and feedback. There's some natural topic overlap (we teach mixing in both, for example), but these are different recordings, different formats, and different depths. Plenty of Masterclass students have watched these sessions too.
Do future workshops get added?
Yes, and they're free. Anything we add to the Vault later lands in your account at no extra charge, for as long as the Vault exists. We're not going to bill you another dollar every time we drop a new workshop in there.
What if it's not for me?
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us and you get every dollar back.
